Why Do We Fundraise?

Troop 61 provides scouts with the opportunity to contribute to the cost of their scouting activities through annual fundraising campaigns.  These campaigns not only allow the individual scout to earn funds toward his scouting activities but is also a way for the scout to contribute financially to the overall troop.  The money generated from fundraising efforts allows the troop to purchase new equipment and replace worn existing gear.  Fundraising campaigns also allow the scouts to hone their people skills through practiced salesmanship.

  • End date will be November 30 – order forms and money will be collected at this troop meeting.

We figure that just about everyone enjoys a great cup of coffee or tea in the morning!

  • Prices range from $12.99 – $14.99 per bag of coffee or tea
  • Labels will say “Thank you for supporting BSA Troop 61”
  • Download Giving Bean printable order form

In person sales – the troop gets 40% of sales
