      • Pack Check/Inspection (Bring all your gear (see below packing list) in your pack)

  • Medical Form
    • Medical Forms (Part A, B & C) are required for all scouts and adults attending.  Medical forms are valid for 1 year and Part C should expire after July 30, 2016
    • Note for Part C, the form must be signed and dated by the doctor, along with the doctor’s information.   A stamped signature is not accepted
    • Provide them to Anna Mui at any Troop Meeting
  • Trail to First Class (Eagles Nest)
    • Allows scouts to work on the outdoor requirements of the Trail to First Class Ranks (Scout, Tenderfoot, Second Class, First Class)

  • Merit Badge
  • Forms:
    • Parent Authorization for Trip/Activity and Medical Treatment (For every scout attending)  (Click Form – Parental Firearm Authorization)
    • Parental Firearm Authorization Form (For every scout attending, even if they are not shooting) (Click Form – Parent Authorization for Trip)
    • Scan/Email them to Jay Patel, fax them to Jay’s efax at 650-475-8442 or bring them to the Parent Planning meeting on 04/14/16
